1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using BgDataViewer ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Biggersols Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BgDataViewer on the number of devices permitted by your license type:
- Free Trial – 14-day evaluation period with limited functionality (1 saved Loxone connection, query period limited to 3 months). No payment required.
- Annual Subscription – Full access for 1 device, automatically renewed yearly. May be canceled at any time.
- Perpetual License – Lifetime full access for 1 device, including future updates.
- Enterprise License – Lifetime full access for up to 10 devices, including future updates and priority support.
3. Device Activation
Each license permits activation on a limited number of devices as specified by the license type. Device activations are managed through a secure server-side system using device-specific identifiers. You may deactivate a device to free up an activation slot.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate until you cancel. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
BgDataViewer and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Biggersols Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or redistribute the Software or any part thereof.
6. Data & Privacy
Your Loxone data is processed entirely on your local machine and is never transmitted to Biggersols Ltd servers. For details on what data we do collect (license verification, device fingerprints), please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Trademarks
BgDataViewer is not affiliated with or endorsed by Loxone Electronics GmbH. Loxone® is a registered trademark of its respective owner.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Biggersols Ltd shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or inaccurate data display. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.
9. Termination
Biggersols Ltd may terminate your license if you violate these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.
10. Newsletter & Email Communications
Our newsletter uses a double opt-in process: after entering your email on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. Your subscription only becomes active once you click the confirmation link in that email. By confirming, you consent to receive occasional emails about BgDataViewer updates, new features, and tips. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting us. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
11. Modifications
Biggersols Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
13. Data Protection Notice
Personal data processing related to purchases, licensing, support, newsletter, and website analytics is described in our Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on consent (for example analytics cookies or newsletter marketing), you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can submit GDPR requests via our Privacy Request form.
