1. Try Before You Buy
BgDataViewer offers a free 14-day trial so you can evaluate the Software before making a purchase. We encourage all users to take advantage of the trial period to ensure the Software meets their needs.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- The refund request is made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The Software has a technical issue that Biggersols Ltd is unable to resolve.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:
- More than 14 days have passed since the purchase.
- Change of mind after the 14-day refund period.
- Incompatibility with hardware or software that was documented in the system requirements.
- Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
4. Subscription Cancellation
Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at hello@bgdataviewer.com with the following information:
- Your order number or license key
- The email address used for the purchase
- The reason for the refund request
6. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe). Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Data Processing for Refund Requests
When you submit a refund request, we process the personal data necessary to handle the request (such as email address, order/license identifiers, and refund reason).
